  • Our live, in-person trainings are 2 hours per session. Online sessions are typically 1 hour. We also offer full-day workshops with three 2-hour sessions, and half-day workshops with two 2-hour sessions. Each session focuses on a different GenAI tool or job function.

  • Yes! We offer both. Longer-term contracts can also include a mix of in-person and online sessions.

  • Online sessions can have an unlimited number of participants. For live, in-person sessions, group sizes are kept between 10-30 participants to ensure everyone gets personal attention and support.

  • Participants should have the GenAI tools (such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Midjourney) installed and tested before the training. The location is flexible — we come to you — but a large enough screen or projector for clear visibility is necessary.

  • Yes, training at your office is ideal! We can also use rented spaces if needed.

  • Yes, everyone should bring their own laptop with the relevant GenAI tool installed and ready to use.

  • Yes, we offer trainings on all major GenAI tools and can also introduce newer or less common tools based on your needs.

  • Yes! Copilot trainings for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools are among our most popular sessions.

  • For ChatGPT, a free account can technically be used, but a paid version is recommended for security and reliability. Copilot requires paid licenses, as the free usage limits are too small for training purposes. Monthly billing options are available and very affordable.

  • Yes. In fact, overcoming problems during training is an important part of learning! We encourage participants to share issues and challenges openly so we can work through them together.
